We started the catering business in 1988, and now cater over 1000 events each year, large and small.
We offer both full-service and limited-service catering, usually buffet style, to groups ranging from 25 to 1000 or more. We offer three plate ware packages including basic disposables, upgraded disposables, or china depending on your budget, the occasion, and the level of formality your event requires.
We offer a wide variety of menus from breakfast catering to light lunch menus featuring sandwiches and salads to full lunch and dinner menus with favorites like Roast Beef, Pit-Cooked Pork Loin, Grilled Boneless Chicken Breasts and Chicken Cordon Bleu, all at reasonable prices. Our Premium Selections menu features Prime Rib, Ribeye Steaks, Beef Wellington and Filet Mignon. Each of our entrees are paired with three side dishes and a salad of your choice. We will prepare the menus as designed or we can assist you with planning pairings of your particular favorites.
If your event requires hors d’oeuvres, please check out our Hors D’oeuvres menu. We offer great choices such as our own Chicken White Wings, Confetti Tarts, Ham and Cheese Puffs and Chocolate Rum Tarts at very competitive prices.
Choose a dessert from our dessert menu. We offer home-made yet inexpensive dessert choices suitable for any occasion. Sweet and Unsweet Tea as well as a variety of punches and beverage options round out our menu selections to enable us to tailor your menu to the specific requirements of your special event.
