What is the MotivateHER Conference?
The MotivateHER Conference is a half-day event bringing together women from various walks of life, industries, and professions, to share incredible stories, messages and opportunities that will positively impact their journey. Over the past five years, professional women from across the Metroplex have assembled monthly over lunch to engage in focused professional development opportunities that impact the landscape of women in the workplace. As part of the North Tarrant Chamber of Commerce, the Dynamic Women’s Alliance, brings together 50+ woman professionals to include the corporate, philanthropic, and entrepreneurial sectors, to provide educational sessions that include topics such as financial literacy, goal setting, health and beauty, tax planning and much more.
In 2023, the Dynamic Women's Alliance hosted their very first MotivateHER Women’s conference drawing in an audience of over 125 women professionals from across the DFW Metroplex. In 2024, this event increased, hosting 25+ business vendors, a panel of diverse women professionals and over 160 attendees. This year, we are on track to surpass last year’s attendance and welcome 200+ attendees.
Each year this event brings together a wonderful lineup of speakers, vendors and community stakeholders. All attendees receive continental breakfast, a plated lunch, swag bags and much more. As a bonus, this event provides support to local charities currently advocating for women and children in the Tarrant County Community.
How can you get involved?
There are a variety of ways for you to get involved. This year's conference will take place August 14, 2025, at the Hurst Conference Center, 8:30 AM-1:30 PM. As you can imagine, an event of this magnitude requires a great deal of support, and we are grateful for partners in the community like you that support the work and mission of our efforts.
