The Northeast Tarrant Chamber 2021 Awards Gala celebrating the previous year's tremendous community efforts by Chamber Members and Northeast Tarrant Organizations was held on Thursday, February 7th at the NRH Centre in North Richland Hills. The highest honor the Chamber gives each year at the Gala is the Excalibur Award, presented annually to the outstanding elected official who has demonstrated steady leadership and determined dedication to Northeast Tarrant County. |

2019 CHAMBER AWARDS BANQUET (Celebrating 2018 - Nominees & Award Recipients Listed Below) Excalibur Award (recipient) - The top award of the Chamber Awards Banquet is the Excalibur Award which is awarded annually to the outstanding elected official who has demonstrated steady leadership and determined dedication to our communities. (chosen by the Chamber Executive Committee) Richard Davis, President - BISD Board of Trustees Lifetime Achievement Award (recipient) - Awarded to the Chamber Member demonstrating a lifetime of support and dedication to Northeast Tarrant County. (chosen by the Chamber President) Tony Pack - Five Star Ford / Sam Pack Auto Group Bob Hamilton MVP Award (recipient) - Awarded to the Chamber Member demonstrating years of extraordinary support and dedication to the Chamber. (chosen by the Chamber Chairman of 2018) Randy Clinton, Community Enrichment Center Rising Star (recipient) – Newer Chamber Member making great contributions to the Chamber over the past year. (awarded by the Chamber Staff) Frankie Moeller – Ferguson Heating & Cooling Volunteers of the Year (recipients) – Special Volunteers whose efforts were extraordinary in support of the Northeast Tarrant Chamber. Dale White, Dale White Insurance Services Kay Miller, Northeast Tarrant Chamber Layla Caraway, XPO Logistics Rex Phelps, City of Halton City Steve Buyers - Buyers Barricades Phillip Sanchez, Rich 2 Life Jack Bradshaw, Northeast Tarrant Chamber Siegrid Charbonnet Community Spirit Award - Awarded to the Chamber Member who shows an enthusiastic spirit of cooperation with the Chamber and other members as well as a consistent community spirit by volunteering time and effort to Northeast Tarrant events and causes. (chosen by a vote of the Chamber membership) BrevAll Technologies Team Buyers Barricades Team La’Wonda Peoples, Eventfully Yours Layla Caraway, XPO Logistics Tammy Salter, PostNet Tracy Archer, JC Graphics (Voting ended in a tie, so awards were given to both La'Wonda Peoples of Eventfully Yours and the Buyers Barricades Team. Non-Profit of the Year nominees – Non-Profit Organization that is meeting area needs and making contributions to Northeast Tarrant County while being a big supporter of the Chamber. (awarded by the Chamber staff) American Cancer Society BISD Council of PTA’s Clothes Connection & Supply Depot Meals On Wheels, Inc. of Tarrant County Industry (large business) of the Year nominees - Awarded to the Northeast Tarrant organization who contributes to the overall progress of Northeast Tarrant County through innovative programs, community philanthropic efforts and involvement in area organizations dedicated to improving the area. (chosen by a vote of the Chamber Board of Directors) Birdville ISD Coca-Cola Southwest Beverages Five Star Ford Sam’s Club Southwest ADI TEXRail Business of the Year – Awarded to the area business that consistently supports the Northeast Tarrant Chamber and shows community spirit in all aspects of their business. (chosen by a vote of the Chamber Board of Directors) All About Recognition Bice’s Florist Herron’s Homes Iron Horse Golf Course Murnahan PR Troy Dunn Insurance Gertrude Tarpley Director of the Year Award - This award goes to the outstanding Chamber Director who has given years of service to the Chamber by serving on the Board as well as contributing to the Chamber’s success by giving time and resources.
