Types of Services:
TIER I –(Preventative) wipe down of frequently touched surfaces.  Application of an EPA registered disinfectant via ULV fogger, ULV sprayer, or electric sprayer. Misting or spraying is done on the interior of a room or building envelope.  Misting can only be performed in unoccupied spaces and does not include ductwork, attics, crawl spaces, or any area that is not considered a high traffic area.
 
TIER II –(Preventative) wipe down of most surfaces, to include but not limited to walls, floors, doors, handles, furnishings, etc.  Application of an EPA registered disinfectant via ULV fogger, ULV sprayer, or electric sprayer. Misting and spraying and wipe down are done on the interior of a room or building envelope.  Misting can only be done in unoccupied spaces and does not include ductwork, attics, crawl spaces, or any area that is not considered a high traffic area.
 
TIER III – (Suspected or Confirmed) Comprehensive deep cleaning based on CDC guidelines after a known outbreak, contamination, or positive tested employee is discovered. Includes detailed clean of most surfaces to include but not limited to walls, floors, doors, handles, furnishings, etc.  Misting and wipe down are done on the interior of a room or building envelope.  Application of an EPA registered disinfectant via ULV fogger, ULV sprayer, or electric sprayer. Misting or spraying can only be done in unoccupied spaces
